About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in compensation studies, reporting, and internal/external benchmarking
- Support the annual salary review process and budget simulations
- Assist with employee savings schemes and employee shareholding operations
- Produce reporting and communication materials regarding compensation policies for international subsidiaries
- Contribute to strategic workforce planning projects to manage evolving resources and skills
- Support the deployment of cross-functional HR projects related to organizational changes and regulations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School with a specialization in Human Resources
- Seeking a 12 to 18-month apprenticeship contract
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fluency in English
- Strong analytical rigor and organizational skills
- High level of curiosity and interest in HR Information Systems (HRIS)
