About the role
Responsibilities
- Represent Nexity Studea and Nexity Edenea in relations with syndics, owners, and co-ownership councils
- Control co-property expenses, budgets, and annual charge regularizations
- Manage maintenance and energy contract tenders
- Participate in new residence handovers and follow up on reserve lifting
- Declare and track property damage claims and participate in important expert assessments
- Analyze co-ownership documents including meeting notices, minutes, and commercial leases
- Conduct annual audits of common areas and propose improvements to co-ownership councils
- Participate in general assemblies to present projects and resolutions
- Perform administrative tasks and legal/technical monitoring
Requirements
- BAC+2 degree in accounting, management, or real estate professions
- Rigorous and proactive with a strong sense of service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the real estate sector or within a co-ownership syndic is ideal
