About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organize and monitor customer satisfaction to develop point-of-sale revenue
  • Welcome and identify customer needs via physical, telephone, and omnichannel channels
  • Connect customers with relevant internal experts to ensure needs are met
  • Maintain and enrich the customer database for quality and reliability
  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers and service activation rates
  • Cooperate with various sales sectors to share best practices

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bac+3/Master or equivalent university degree
