About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and monitor customer satisfaction to develop point-of-sale turnover
- Welcome and identify customer needs via physical, telephone, and omnichannel channels
- Manage customer requests or connect them with relevant internal experts
- Ensure quality, reliability, and enrichment of the customer database
- Execute the new customer onboarding process and service activation rates
- Cooperate with different sales sectors to share best practices
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree or equivalent university level
- Currently seeking an apprenticeship in distribution or commerce
- Passion for gastronomy and customer relations
- Agile with IT tools
