About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organize and monitor customer satisfaction to develop point-of-sale turnover
  • Welcome and identify customer needs via physical, telephone, and omnichannel channels
  • Manage customer requests or connect them with relevant internal experts
  • Ensure quality, reliability, and enrichment of the customer database
  • Execute the new customer onboarding process and service activation rates
  • Cooperate with different sales sectors to share best practices

Requirements

  • Bac +2 degree or equivalent university level
  • Currently seeking an apprenticeship in distribution or commerce
  • Passion for gastronomy and customer relations
  • Agile with IT tools
