About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and monitor customer satisfaction to develop point-of-sale revenue
- Welcome and identify customer needs via physical, telephone, and omnichannel channels
- Manage customer requests or connect them with relevant internal experts
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and enrichment of the customer database
- Execute the onboarding process for new customers and drive service activation rates
- Cooperate with various sales departments to share best practices
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree or equivalent university level
- Currently seeking an apprenticeship in distribution or commerce
- Passion for gastronomy and customer relations
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cool environment

- Interest in a long-term career within the retail/distribution sector
