Responsibilities

• Create and administratively manage national and regional client accounts
• Control the compliance of files and supporting documents
• Ensure the reliability of client data in information systems
• Perform telephone and written reminders to clients for overdue invoices
• Monitor collections and payment commitments
• Identify potential disputes and participate in their resolution
• Collaborate with sales and administrative teams

Requirements

• Good interpersonal skills and appreciation for client contact
• Ability to handle telephone communication with diplomacy and firmness
• Rigorous, organized, and capable of managing multiple files simultaneously
• Experience in client relations, administrative management, or accounts receivable is appreciated
• Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel
