Chargé de recrutement

Responsibilities

• Collect needs from managers and formalize job briefs
• Write and publish job advertisements on internal and external job boards
• Source talent for internships, apprenticeships, and permanent roles across various platforms
• Select profiles, conduct telephone pre-qualifications, and lead interviews
• Write interview reports and present candidates to managers
• Follow applications through the entire process until integration and probation
• Update and ensure the reliability of dashboards and the Jobboard site
• Track recruitment KPIs such as lead times and transformation rates
• Contribute to employer branding actions including career fairs and school events

Requirements

• Bac +4/+5 degree from a business school or university specializing in Human Resources or Work Psychology
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Customer service mindset and ability to propose solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Knowledge of an ATS is a plus
