About the role
Responsibilities
- Source candidates via CV databases (Aden, Monster, Indeed, HelloWork, etc.)
- Conduct headhunting and direct outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Screen applications and manage telephone/video pre-qualifications
- Conduct interviews for junior and sales profiles
- Write interview reports and evaluations
- Manage the full recruitment pipeline and reporting via ATS
- Target and recruit specialized B2B sales profiles
- Manage school relations for internships and apprenticeships (tech, business, and innovation tracks)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in HR, Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- Previous recruitment experience (internship or apprenticeship) preferred
- Proficiency in headhunting and sourcing tools like LinkedIn
- Interest in innovative, tech, startup, or consulting environments
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and synthesis skills
- Results-oriented and able to work autonomously
