Chargé de Recrutement Inside

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process and temporary staff management for a logistics client
• Conduct sourcing, candidate selection, and daily management of temporary workers
• Organize and plan daily collective interview sessions
• Ensure field presence to support temporary staff integration, training, and workplace safety
• Handle administrative and legal formalities including contracts, medical visits, and reporting
• Develop partnerships with local employment and professional training actors
• Maintain high-quality commercial and partner relations with HR and production managers

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree or significant experience in customer relations
• Proven ability to work autonomously with initiative and reactivity
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a preference for field-based work
• Strong analytical, adaptive, and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to manage unpredictable daily challenges and high-activity periods
