About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to define needs and propose adapted solutions
- Write attractive job offers to attract potential candidates
- Identify top profiles using CV databases and various recruitment sources
- Conduct interviews focusing on both soft skills and technical competencies
- Manage employment-related administration including temporary worker files, contracts, medical visits, and timesheets
- Monitor and follow up with the temporary worker pool to ensure integration, loyalty, and professional development
Requirements
- Curiosity, listening skills, and high energy
- Proficiency with digital tools for sourcing and professional networking
- Knowledge of the construction (BTP) industry is a plus
