About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients to define needs and propose adapted solutions
  • Write attractive job offers to attract potential candidates
  • Identify top profiles using CV databases and various recruitment sources
  • Conduct interviews focusing on both soft skills and technical competencies
  • Manage employment-related administration including temporary worker files, contracts, medical visits, and timesheets
  • Monitor and follow up with the temporary worker pool to ensure integration, loyalty, and professional development

Requirements

  • Curiosity, listening skills, and high energy
  • Proficiency with digital tools for sourcing and professional networking
  • Knowledge of the construction (BTP) industry is a plus
