Chargé de recrutement

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process and temporary staff management at a client site in the food industry
• Source, select, and interview candidates to meet client needs
• Act as a consultant to detect client requirements and provide HR expertise
• Maintain field presence to support temporary workers (integration, training, safety)
• Handle administrative and legal formalities including contracts, medical visits, and reporting
• Develop partnerships with local employment and professional training actors

Requirements

• Bac+2/3 degree in HR or Sales
• Significant experience in recruitment or temporary staffing agencies
• Ability to work autonomously and reactively
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work in the field
• Analytical, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
