About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to define needs and propose adapted solutions
- Write attractive job offers to attract potential candidates
- Identify top profiles using CV databases and various recruitment sources
- Conduct interviews focusing on both soft skills and technical competencies
- Manage employment-related administrative tasks including temporary worker files, contracts, medical visits, and timesheets
- Monitor and support the temporary workforce to ensure integration, loyalty, and professional development
Requirements
- Curiosity, active listening, and high energy
- Proficiency with digital tools for sourcing, email, and professional social networks
- Strong desire to support both candidates and client companies
- Open to candidates undergoing career changes with a strong motivation to learn

- Fixed salary between €24,000 and €26,000
