Chargé de recrutement

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to define needs and propose adapted solutions
• Write attractive job offers to attract potential candidates
• Identify top profiles using CV databases and various recruitment sources
• Conduct interviews focusing on both soft skills and technical competencies
• Manage employment-related administration including temporary worker files, contracts, medical visits, and timesheets
• Monitor and manage the temporary worker pool to ensure integration, loyalty, and professional development

Requirements

• Previous successful experience in temporary staffing (travail temporaire)
• Proficiency with digital tools for sourcing and professional networking
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and active listening

Benefits

• Fixed salary between €24,000 and €26,000
• Uncapped variable component
