Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to define needs and propose adapted solutions
• Write attractive job offers to attract potential candidates
• Identify top profiles using CV databases and various recruitment sources
• Conduct interviews focusing on both soft skills and technical competencies
• Manage employment-related administrative tasks including contract creation and medical visits
• Monitor and support the temporary workforce to ensure integration and professional development

Requirements

• Curiosity and strong listening skills

• Proficiency with digital tools, sourcing, and professional social networks
• Desire to support both candidates and companies

Benefits

• Fixed salary between €24,000 and €25,000
• Uncapped variable compensation
