Responsibilities
- Pre-select candidates via telephone
- Conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews
- Assign private tutoring sessions
- Support private teachers throughout the duration of their service
- Develop and maintain a pool of private teachers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3)
- Experience in recruitment is ideal
- Strong telephone skills
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Excellent listening skills and positive attitude
