Responsibilities

• Pre-select candidates via telephone
• Conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews
• Assign private tutoring sessions
• Support private teachers throughout the duration of their service
• Develop and retain a pool of private tutors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +3)
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Strong telephone skills
• Excellent listening skills and positive mindset
• Ability to create warm and interactive exchanges

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment
