About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients to define needs and propose adapted solutions
  • Write attractive job offers to attract candidates
  • Identify top profiles using CV databases and various recruitment sources
  • Conduct interviews focusing on both soft skills and technical competencies
  • Manage employment-related administration including temporary worker files, contracts, medical visits, and timesheets
  • Monitor and support the temporary worker pool to ensure integration, loyalty, and professional development

Requirements

  • Curiosity, active listening, and communicative energy
  • Proficiency with digital tools for sourcing, email, and professional networks
  • Strong desire to support both candidates and client companies
  • Candidates in career transition are welcome

Benefits

  • Fixed salary between €24,000 and €26,000
  • Uncapped variable component
