About the role
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze recruitment needs in collaboration with hiring managers
- Write and publish job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
- Implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and employee referral programs
- Build and maintain a continuous talent pipeline
- Conduct telephone and in-person interviews
- Manage candidate applications and maintain the candidate database
- Support the onboarding process for new employees
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes
- Work autonomously while collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
- Experience or understanding of recruitment, ideally within an industrial or technical environment
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and professional social media tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a project-based mode
- Fluency in English
