Chargé de recrutement

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze recruitment needs in collaboration with hiring managers
• Write and publish job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
• Implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and employee referral programs
• Build and maintain a continuous talent pipeline
• Conduct telephone and in-person interviews
• Manage candidate applications and maintain the candidate database
• Support the onboarding process for new employees
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes
• Work autonomously while collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• Experience or understanding of recruitment, ideally within an industrial or technical environment
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and professional social media tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a project-based mode
• Fluency in English
