About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly unpaid status of the portfolio
- Implement litigation procedures in coordination with bailiffs while respecting legal deadlines
- Manage relations with external partners, including FSL requests and debtor financing
- Handle debt restructuring cases, including drafting disputes and monitoring repayment plans
- Maintain relations with lawyers and judicial personnel
- Support and guide tenants toward partners to improve solvency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (Private Law, Litigation) or equivalent
- Proven experience in unpaid management, rental litigation, or similar environments (social landlord, bailiff's office, legal firm)
- Mastery of litigation procedures (recovery, debt restructuring, eviction) and their legal framework
- Rigorous, organized, and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with IKOS software is a plus
