Responsibilities
- Source and detect top talent via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Write impactful and effective job offers
- Source profiles for technical and strategic recruitments using methodical approaches
- Participate in candidate analysis and pre-qualification interviews
- Prepare reasoned reports for consultants and clients
- Build and update candidate talent pools
- Follow up on applications and maintain quality relationships with talent
- Assist in mission monitoring, activity reporting, and analysis
Requirements
- Master's level student in Commerce or HR
- Enrollment in a Business School
- Interest in recruitment consulting and talent hunting
