Chargé de projets transverses

Responsibilities

• Pilot a portfolio of operational and strategic optimization projects for the Production division
• Elaborate comprehensive and synthetic project frameworks
• Plan project phases and monitor the progress of actions
• Identify, analyze, and manage project risks
• Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation
• Coordinate all project team stakeholders and ensure effective communication with management and partners
• Formulate, formalize, and validate key project decisions
• Provide regular reporting to Management and the Board of Directors

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Master HES or EPF)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management
• Proven experience in an industrial environment
• Mastery of project management methods and tools
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Rigorous, autonomous, and organized with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and natural leadership
• Ability to adapt to specific technical domains and diverse projects
