Chargé de Projets Talents, Culture et Transformation

Responsibilities

• Participate in talent development and culture transformation projects, including event organization and vendor relations
• Support the managerial community through newsletters, meetings, and internal communication
• Analyze HR and Talent data to create reports on quantitative and qualitative indicators
• Assist in creating communication materials such as posters and videos to promote internal events
• Support employees in adopting and using various HR tools

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or Project Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with AI tools like Copilot
• Professional level of English
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative
