Chargé de projets RSE (Apprenticeship/Alternance)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support various environmental, social, and societal projects within the Cap 2030 program
• Contribute to soft mobility progress and the "Employeur Pro Vélo" program
• Act as an interface between employees and associations within the "Citizen at Work" societal engagement program
• Propose communications and organize events related to sustainable development (climate, biodiversity, inclusion, etc.)
• Maintain connections with approximately 40 stakeholders across the company to understand challenges and maintain program momentum
• Organize animations and events to energize program participants and foster exchange opportunities
• Assist stakeholders in exploring new topics through analysis, measurement, benchmarking, and action proposals

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an M1 or M2 degree in organizational management or an equivalent field
• Proven ability to unite people around CSR projects through effective communication with diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable managing complex projects and prioritizing actions within a specific scope
• Fluent in English
