Chargé de projets

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of progressive and modular dies, from client specifications to production approval
• Perform design and layout of dies using PTC Creo 8
• Propose and present die concepts and technical sketches
• Manage updates, modifications, and ensure the quality of fundamental die data
• Conduct design of experiments (DOE) and industrialization projects for components at subcontractors
• Implement and manage standards and best practices within the technical office

Requirements

• HES Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in the stamping industry and project management
• Proficiency in 3D CAD environments, ideally PTC Creo 8, and simulation tools (ideally Forge)
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methods such as PDCA, QRQC, and 8D
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to manage priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team
