Chargé de projets qualité

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the preventive quality assurance approach for the Casting and Preparation perimeter
• Lead risk analyses and manage the risk mitigation action plans
• Qualify new products and manufacturing processes
• Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects
• Provide methodological support regarding quality tools and processes
• Collaborate with both internal and external suppliers
• Ensure effective communication with all quality contributors

Requirements

• Engineering degree (HES/EPF) with a specialization in Quality or an equivalent field
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Mastery of preventive and curative quality management tools (Risk analysis, FMEA/AMDEC, QRQC, 8D, SPC/MSP, auditing)
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Strong leadership, autonomy, and synthesis skills
• Knowledge of materials, casting, rolling, or durability is a plus
• Proficiency in German or Italian is a plus
