Chargé de projets Qualité - Nouveaux Produits

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the preventive quality process for new products, including risk and series life analyses
• Define qualification and product surveillance plans in collaboration with the project team
• Monitor quality performance for new products and manage the treatment of internal non-conformities
• Drive continuous improvement projects with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring adherence to schedules and objectives
• Propose improvement projects based on operational results
• Provide methodological support regarding quality tools and processes
• Develop and adapt quality tools to meet user needs

Requirements

• University degree, Engineer (EPF/HES), or equivalent training
• Proven professional experience in project management
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, specifically machining and surface treatments
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality tools (QRQC, 8D, AMDEC, MSP, Audit, etc.)
• Proficiency in standard office tools and ERP systems
• Proactive, pragmatic approach with a preference for hands-on field work
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Leadership abilities and diplomacy in group animation
