Chargé de projets PMO

Responsibilities

• Follow PMO methodologies and project management techniques to support a project portfolio
• Ensure all necessary project aspects are in place, including Sponsor approval, prior to execution
• Set and monitor project indicators including objectives, costs, deadlines, risks, and resources
• Manage consolidated schedules, defining critical paths and key milestones
• Coordinate and inform project team members and various stakeholders
• Manage project reporting and communication activities
• Alert steering committees (COPIL/CODIR) of deviations and propose alternative solutions
• Support, advise, and coach project managers on management topics
• Ensure proper documentation management and resource allocation for all projects

Requirements

• University degree
• More than 5 years of successful experience in cross-departmental project management
• Project management certification (PMP, PSM I, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in advanced project management tools and practices
• Strong mastery of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting purposes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate assertiveness, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
