Responsibilities

• Coordinate the qualification of new product projects within the Jewelry Methods service
• Lead methods activities and stakeholders within a technical production sector
• Align product intentions with contributors to achieve shared objectives
• Govern system data and manage deviations from established standards
• Document industrial scenarios and technical solutions
• Drive continuous improvement activities and capitalize on best practices
• Manage activity planning and contribute to the evolution of technical frameworks

Requirements

• Engineering degree from HES, EPF, or an equivalent institution
• Proven experience in industrial project management
• Ability to lead cross-functional groups of technical experts
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and unite teams
• High degree of autonomy, responsibility, and proactive problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal skills with clear communication and active listening abilities
