About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the qualification of new product projects within the Jewelry Methods service
- Lead methods activities and stakeholders within a technical production sector
- Align product intentions with contributors to achieve shared objectives
- Govern system data and manage deviations from established standards
- Document industrial scenarios and technical solutions
- Drive continuous improvement activities and capitalize on best practices
- Manage activity planning and contribute to the evolution of technical frameworks
Requirements
- Engineering degree from HES, EPF, or an equivalent institution
- Proven experience in industrial project management
- Ability to lead cross-functional groups of technical experts
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and unite teams
- High degree of autonomy, responsibility, and proactive problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear communication and active listening abilities
