Responsibilities

• Represent the maintenance department in investment projects to ensure future machine maintainability
• Participate in equipment acquisition projects and manage the collection of internal needs
• Monitor project progress, ensure schedule compliance, and control adherence to technical specifications
• Pilot the activities of partner services and provide visibility on project advancement through key indicators
• Manage feedback (RETEX) and perform maintenance and logistics reviews at the end of projects
• Prepare new equipment for its full life cycle and monitor performance and status

Requirements

• HES Engineer (or equivalent) with experience in Project Management, Methods, or Maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge of maintenance activities and equipment life cycles
• Proven experience in project management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Minimum English proficiency level of B2
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a methodical and rigorous approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
