About the role
Responsibilities
- Define the scope and requirements for equipment and associated infrastructure
- Conduct feasibility studies by evaluating process control, product compliance, volumes, and achievable costs
- Manage the risk mitigation plan and ensure industrialization schedules are met
- Oversee the industrialization of new products
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams
- Synthesize and provide regular reporting to management
Requirements
- Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnology, or Materials Science
- Proven experience in industrial project management
- Technical proficiency in risk assessment, process capability, and associated monitoring plans
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- High level of autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and proactive mindset
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
