Chargé de Projets Méthodes - Nouveaux Produits

Responsibilities

• Define the scope and requirements for equipment and associated infrastructure
• Conduct feasibility studies by evaluating process control, product compliance, volumes, and achievable costs
• Manage the risk mitigation plan and ensure industrialization schedules are met
• Oversee the industrialization of new products
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams
• Synthesize and provide regular reporting to management

Requirements

• Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnology, or Materials Science
• Proven experience in industrial project management
• Technical proficiency in risk assessment, process capability, and associated monitoring plans
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• High level of autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and proactive mindset
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
