Responsibilities

• Design innovative materials that offer new functions or aesthetics for watches
• Develop materials using internal resources and in collaboration with academic or industrial partners
• Analyze and characterize developed materials
• Create watchmaking demonstrators and prototypes to evaluate performance
• Anticipate and support the industrialization of developed solutions
• Identify innovation opportunities within emerging research topics
• Provide technical and scientific support for related projects
• Communicate and preserve knowledge through technical reports and presentations

Requirements

• Master EPF or equivalent in materials science
• Experience in the development of new materials
• Solid knowledge of metallurgy
• Scientific rigor and curiosity
• Strong autonomy and team spirit
• Good communication and synthesis skills
