Chargé de Projets Industrialisation senior

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale program of projects aimed at developing a production line model for the Dial Methods service
• Ensure the global animation of the program and its associated project portfolio
• Plan and organize individual activities in accordance with defined project objectives
• Coordinate with various teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Communicate progress through regular reporting based on milestones and deliverables
• Initiate and drive change across multiple divisions within the company

Requirements

• Engineer degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale programs or complex projects
• Strong technical skills and a natural curiosity for industrial processes
• High level of organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and synthesis capabilities
• Natural leadership qualities and a strong team spirit
