Chargé de projets Industrialisation

Responsibilities

• Pilot investment projects to ensure the integration and performance of new equipment within the Production division
• Coordinate the integration of new processes while respecting technical frameworks, budgets, and project objectives
• Analyze needs, integrate client requirements, and propose project scoping
• Justify evolution needs and contribute to continuous improvement plans and investment programs
• Manage information flow, decision-making processes, and project reporting
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of experts to achieve common goals
• Document industrial scenarios and technical solutions
• Manage project timelines and mitigate potential risks

Requirements

• Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in industrial project management
• Ability to lead cross-functional groups of experts with a high-level perspective
• Natural leadership skills and the ability to motivate and unite teams
• Autonomy, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clear communication and active listening abilities
