Chargé de projets Formation continue

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support training needs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Contribute to the design of in-person, remote, or blended learning programs
• Lead or support various training development projects
• Analyze training quality and implement necessary improvements
• Evaluate the results and impact of completed training sessions
• Structure the training offering in coordination with all relevant actors

Requirements

• Brevet fédéral de formateur or an equivalent qualification in the field of training
• Solid expertise in andragogy with practical experience in corporate training
• Mastery of pedagogical design tools and methods for adult learners
• Strong communication skills and a pronounced sense of customer service
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and critical thinking skills
• Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative approach to work
