Chargé de projets – Exploitation & maintenance infrastructures

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and operation activities including HVAC, snow removal, cleaning, and landscaping
• Manage human, material, and financial resources including daily team management and budgets
• Lead or develop request for proposals (RFP) and tender documents for maintenance services
• Identify client needs, provide technical information, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Monitor work execution, write progress reports, and ensure quality standards are respected

Requirements

• Two years of experience in infrastructure management and operations
• Bachelor's degree in a field related to management or real estate
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent level of French (oral and written)
