About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and monitor project schedules
- Verify shop drawings and technical data sheets
- Plan releases and follow up on technical questions
- Monitor directives and perform cost vs. progress analysis
- Supervise the drafting team and ensure coordination
- Assist the superintendent with site planning
- Assist with commissioning, startup, and LEED processes
- Manage project documentation including minutes, visit reports, and seismic certificates
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a project manager or 5 to 7 years in a related trade
- Knowledge of public contracts is an asset
