Chargé de projets en Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects related to the Supply Chain by animating multidisciplinary teams
• Perform project scoping, coordinate team efforts, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Ensure project objectives are met and provide support for implementation and documentation
• Monitor project advancement through reporting, performance indicators, and risk management
• Propose improvement axes to optimize Supply Chain processes and tools
• Act as a key interlocutor for all contributors within the Supply Chain processes

Requirements

• University degree in Logistics or Production, Engineer EPF/HES, or equivalent
• Proven experience in Planning or Supply Chain environments
• Strong mastery of project management fundamentals
• Proficiency in ERP systems and standard office tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain perspective
• Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, and autonomy
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of curiosity
