Chargé de projets - Automatisation des stocks

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality service for both internal and external partners
• Strengthen the network of technical skills within the maintenance department
• Analyze, document, and secure maintenance requests for clients, including planning and processing
• Define and monitor associated budgets using SAP - PPM
• Lead and manage meetings with suppliers
• Extract and collect critical information from various stakeholders

Requirements

• Engineer degree (HES or EPFL) with logistics experience, or ES Technician with 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience working with automated stock systems and their specificities
• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance activities and industry experience
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with technical experts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interpersonal skills: team player, good listener, and excellent communicator
• Analytical mindset, technical curiosity, and ability to work autonomously
• Full professional proficiency in both French and English
