Chargé de projets AMOA Solutions CRM

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops to define business needs with stakeholders
• Define customer journeys in alignment with target customer experience
• Identify prerequisites including CRM impacts, tools, and business processes
• Define KPIs and measurement indicators
• Write business requirements
• Manage the roadmap for various tools, including prioritization and feature tracking
• Support change management and ensure projects meet cost, quality, and deadline constraints

Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC +4/+5) in project management, business school, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of project management and Agile concepts
• Professional level of English
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and propose solutions
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
