Chargé de projet RH & impact social RH

Responsibilities

• Deploy the Group's social and societal policies both in France and internationally.
• Animate internal communities, including ambassadors, HR relays, and managers.
• Design and distribute clear, engaging internal communications.
• Organize awareness actions, events, webinars, and internal campaigns.
• Ensure operational follow-up of existing agreements, policies, and action plans.
• Prepare reporting, monitoring, and restitution support materials.
• Participate in the development of a sustainable mobility plan for a pilot site.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in an international and multicultural environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4 / Bac +5) in CSR, HR, Social Sciences, Communication, Sustainable Development, or Project Management.
• Strong interest in social and societal issues within a corporate context.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and synthesis skills.
• Strong written communication and editorial skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders in a transverse environment.
• Rigorous, autonomous, curious, and proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cross-functional projects.
• Prior experience in CSR, HR, internal communication, Diversity & Inclusion, or project management.
• Experience in community animation or engagement.
• Ability to make complex subjects accessible to a wide audience.
