Chargé de Projet Excellence Opérationnelle

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, etc.)
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize safety, quality, service, and costs
• Conduct site diagnostics to prioritize improvement opportunities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collect, analyze, and track key performance indicators (e.g., OEE, yield, costs) to guide decision-making
• Facilitate workshops and root cause analysis sessions to solve complex operational issues
• Implement and support visual management tools and performance tracking systems
• Act as a change agent by coaching and training teams on Lean tools and best practices
• Perform Gemba walks to identify opportunities for improvement in safety and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and continuous improvement
• Strong proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools
• Proven experience in continuous improvement project management
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret performance data
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Bilingualism in French and English (written and spoken) is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt is an asset)
• Experience in a regulated FMCG or CPG manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of performance systems such as OEE or Power BI
• Experience facilitating Lean workshops (5S, SMED, etc.)
• Experience in operational transformation and change management
