Chargé de Projet Data

Responsibilities

• Define and formalize data governance rules and best practices for data management
• Coordinate intra- and inter-departmental activities to standardize methods and workflows
• Manage and monitor the progress of IT projects, including deadlines, costs, and quality
• Lead multidisciplinary working groups and facilitate consensus among stakeholders
• Support business partners in the Industrialization & Production departments to define and express their needs
• Act as the technical referent for IT evolutions in collaboration with the application support team
• Train and support users to ensure their autonomy and effective use of systems
• Ensure knowledge capitalization and effective transfer of expertise within the organization

Requirements

• ES Technician degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or an equivalent field
• Proven experience in IT project management and/or leading multidisciplinary working groups
• Proficiency with information systems such as ERP, PLM, and MES
• Strong understanding of data flows and IT architectures
• Ability to analyze, structure, and document complex processes
• Methodical, rigorous, and analytical mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building consensus
