Responsibilities

• Structure, plan, and coordinate all communication projects for the organization
• Formalize and monitor communication plans and implement management tools and processes
• Coordinate actions between internal teams, providers, and partners
• Contribute to the annual communication planning and identify priorities
• Manage communication projects including events, campaigns, and content production
• Support the Communication Director in global activity management and operational continuity
• Maintain regular links with internal teams to collect information and animate collaborative tools

Requirements

• Bac+4 to Bac+5 degree in communication, marketing, or project management
• Over 7 years of experience in communication project management
• Proficiency in English
• Mastery of Adobe Suite
• Proficiency in collaborative tools such as Teams and SharePoint
• Strong organizational, synthesis, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
