About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate exhibition projects from the design phase through to implementation, ensuring artistic and technical feasibility.
  • Manage communication between various stakeholders, including curators, scenographers, lighting designers, artists, and external service providers.
  • Oversee production timelines, including planning, monitoring retroplanning, and leading production follow-up meetings.
  • Manage the production of artworks and scenographic projects in close collaboration with technical coordinators.
  • Develop and manage production budgets, including forecasting, monitoring commitments, and negotiating with vendors.
  • Handle administrative production tasks such as drafting contracts, managing calls for tender, and overseeing invoicing.
  • Conduct post-exhibition reviews and contribute to continuous improvement projects, such as carbon footprint initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in cultural institution management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of confirmed experience in exhibition production within a cultural environment.
  • Proficiency in office software and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools.
  • Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with diplomacy and initiative.
  • Ability to adapt to a versatile role and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
