Chargé de Planification & Approvisionnement Véhicules

Responsibilities

• Support model programming for network sales, including specific items such as engines, gearboxes, and equipment levels.
• Monitor daily resource availability and proactively inform the service and network regarding supply constraints, delays, or range evolutions.
• Lead weekly TIMELINE meetings in collaboration with product managers.
• Analyze network launches and propose adaptations for item programming to marketing product managers.
• Manage vehicle launch openings by analyzing unallocated order portfolios and proposing optimal distribution methods.
• Monitor manufacturer and network stock levels, with a specific focus on stock aging.
• Assist in managing phase changes and new model launches, including central launches and production starts.
• Prepare and facilitate current range review meetings, including progress tables and stock tracking.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+5) from a university or business school.
• Seeking a 12-month apprenticeship contract.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and a dynamic approach to tasks.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
