Chargé de missions Visites Médicales

Responsibilities

• Draft and process emails and official correspondence
• Schedule appointments with medical centers to meet daily production volumes
• Manage summons and process documentation following medical visits
• Enter and record information and documents into internal and external tools

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and/or Back Office roles
• Fluency in the French language
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with office productivity tools
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Strong analytical skills and a curious mindset
