Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules for auditors and inspectors
  • Assign missions based on availability, skills, and regulatory constraints
  • Plan client appointments and transmit mission orders
  • Manage and follow up on client files using internal tools
  • Monitor billing stages and certificate issuance
  • Perform regular reporting on file progress and performance indicators
  • Respond to client and partner inquiries
  • Manage complaints and contribute to dispute resolution
  • Coordinate exchanges between technical, commercial, and administrative teams
  • Participate in the analysis and processing of CEE files

Requirements

  • Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in administrative management, management, accounting, or coordination
  • Previous experience (internship or apprenticeship) in administrative or planning functions preferred
  • High level of rigor and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and ERP tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks
