Chargé de missions RH

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR process for internships and apprenticeships, including contracts, administrative management, payroll measures, and OPCO relations
• Coordinate the onboarding and integration process for new arrivals
• Assist in the development of the training plan by collecting needs, researching training providers, and managing enrollments
• Participate in HR projects such as skills management (DAMEC) and the creation of new employee integration processes
• Support site events, including safety days, diversity and disability awareness days, and general site life activities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master 2 degree specializing in Human Resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack and Google Collaborative Tools
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) for professional communication and documentation
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage priorities
• Good writing skills and comfort with public speaking
• Ability to work with numbers (for payroll measures) and a proactive, field-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in HR management within a large group (internship or previous apprenticeship)
• Knowledge of EWS or SAP software
