Chargé de missions recouvrement & comptabilité clients

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reconciliation of incoming transfers with corresponding invoices
• Process checks and LCR payments
• Identify and assign unrecognized payments by contacting clients
• Monitor unpaid accounts and assist in unblocking customer orders
• Follow up on overdue payments via phone and email
• Analyze causes of payment delays and coordinate corrective actions with internal departments
• Participate in resolving customer disputes in collaboration with sales and administrative teams
• Support internal services with invoice duplicates and payment status requests
• Control billing compliance for leasing files and follow up on payments

Requirements

• Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in data manipulation and Excel
• Ability to work in an international environment
• English proficiency is a plus
